Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.

To accept a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when received. The conditions are that they are unused, undamaged and with labels attached, and must be packed in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required when making the purchase.

To initiate the return process, please contact service@tubility.com. Please note that the returned items must be sent to the following address:

After the return request is approved, we will send you the return label and detailed information about the return method. Please note that we will not accept goods that are sent without a return application.

Regarding damages and issues
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the problem and take appropriate measures.

Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh food (including food, flowers, plants, etc.) 

  • Customized products (customized products, personalized products, etc.) 

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products) 

  • Dangerous goods, flammable liquids, gases
    If you have any questions or concerns about the products, please contact us.
    We do not accept returns for sold products and gift cards.

Regarding the exchange
The quickest way to obtain the product you need is to return it, obtain approval for the return, and then purchase the new product separately.

EU 14-day cooling period
If the goods are delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days for any reason. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above. The returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with the label attached. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Regarding Refund
After receiving the returned goods and conducting an inspection, we will notify you whether a refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that depending on the processing time of banks and credit card companies, the reflection may take some time.
