Product Return
If you wish to return the product, please contact the customer service department through this website. Additionally, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage of luggage that occurs during transportation.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days. However, the product must be brand new and unused, and all accessories, gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals must be intact. Only if these conditions are met will we issue a full refund. If the gift remains with you, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund total.
All the returned goods will be inspected. If the returned goods are damaged, used, in an improper condition or do not match the description provided when requesting a refund, we may not be able to issue a refund and will return the goods to you.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method as when purchasing. When purchasing with a gift card, we will issue a credit voucher.

You will be responsible for the returned goods until they reach our return center from your end. Therefore, make sure the goods are properly packaged and well protected. Additionally, please keep the email receipt as you will need to provide the tracking number during the return process.
For goods returned due to incorrect delivery, our company will not bear any responsibility. After confirming the goods, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items.
If you notice any damage to the package during transportation, please contact our customer service team and provide clear photos of the damage along with information about the transportation method. This will allow for further investigation with the transportation company.

We offer a standard warranty period for manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins from the date of the first order and will not be extended due to equipment replacement. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by negligence, improper use, or unauthorized modification of the product.
The warranty service is registered by the purchaser themselves and cannot be transferred to a third party. The warranty service must only be activated by the original purchaser of the product.

Reasonable Use:
If abnormal patterns are detected during the return process, such as returning the device after use and requesting a refund, frequent orders and returns within 30 days, or the returned goods not matching the order, we will reject it. It may result in the suspension and termination of the related account.
